"Baby Bunnies": This group of baby bunnies are ready to be adopted into loving homes. They're cute as buttons, each one more adorable than the next, and are working on great litter box habits. Fill out our application form and welcome one or more of these little ones into your life!
Pepsi and Buster were enjoying their life as a happily married couple in a bunnyproofed home until their guardian became ill and suddenly had to undergo open heart surgery. Buster is a former classroom bunny who was dumped at the pound before he was rescued. He's a friendly English Spot cross who weighs about seven pounds and loves to lounge around... this boy is truly a couch potato. Pepsi is a stunning black Mini Lop who weighs about five pounds and loves to investigate. She'll run circles around Buster and enjoy performing binkies for you. This couple will make you laugh and bring happiness into your life.*
Max and Sid: Loving, snuggly pair of young brothers who would like to find a home together or separately as friends for your girl rabbit. They're English Spot cross buns with big black eyes and handsome markings. Max & Sid are already neutered and know to use their box and be good house rabbits.
Errol and Orlando: These beautiful rabbits need a home. For more information, please e-mail losangelesrabbits@earthlink.net.
Bumble and Bee: These two adorable Harlequin-mix bunnies love to explore around the house. They cuddle together and love nothing more than pets from their humans: before tackling their breakfast and dinner, they smoosh down for pets. It just melts your heart to watch them snuggle and play together. Bumble is the up-eared curious little guy and his lady Bee is a Lop-eared, demure beauty. They are litter-box-trained, mind their manners and are very good house bunnies (not particularly chewy!).
Ellen and Rosie: These beautiful rabbits need a home. For more information, please e-maillosangelesrabbits@earthlink.net.
Lotus and Clover: These beautiful rabbits need a home. For more information, please e-mail losangelesrabbits@earthlink.net.
Thelma and Louise: These beautiful rabbits need a home. For more information, please e-mail losangelesrabbits@earthlink.net.
Nibbles and Josie: Nibbles is a fun-loving, brown agouti boy who likes to be petted when he's done dancing around your feet. Josie is a silky Dutch/Dwarf cross. When you pet her, she rewards you with kisses on your face. They are both energetic and watching them play together is sure to make you laugh! (Note: when adopting this pair, be sure to ask for their photo CD.)
Scout and Sailor: These black Mini-Lop upear cross sisters were abandoned in a park and saved just in the nick of time. From there, off to a foster home... then they were adopted by a young lady who subsequently got a job overseas and gave them up. Now in foster care again, they're depressed and trying to understand why people keep discarding them. Let's see.. they're cute, mostly "unicorn" but with adjustable ears. Small and done growing as young adults. They use their litter box. They're good house bunnies. They're spayed and healthy. They can be adopted together or as part of a trio with your neutered boy rabbit. Quite a wonderful pair of bunny girls, we think.
Chico and Sadie: Chico, the gorgeous, dark cinnamon-colored, male mini-rex and Sadie, the pretty female hotot mix are two beautiful bunnies that need a good and loving home. They love snuggling and giving each other bunny kisses. Sadie, who wears the pants, is outgoing and curious about everything you do and Chico likes to be rubbed between his ears. Both are healthy and have lived in a nice, loving home in Culver City for several years. Sadie is 5 yrs old and Chico is 6 yrs old. They love to bounce around and perform tricks. They will bring a lot of joy to anyone who takes them into their circle of love.
Monkey and Minnie: The famous Monkey-bunny now has a rabbit wife named Minnie! After being rejected by an experienced older rabbit named Lilly, Monkey felt his masculinity--what was left of it after the "operation"-- challenged. How fulfulling for him to meet Minnie, who had lost her rabbit husband. Just what the doctor ordered for both rabbits. And what a cute couple, two round rabbits, one all white, the other all black except for that endearing white tip to her nose. Completely bonded and in love forever, these two have to be adopted together.
Emily and Basil: Emily loves attention, and she will follow you around like a puppy if you don't give it to her. In exchange for your pets, she'll give you plenty of bunny kisses. She doesn't allow her small stature to inhibit her fearlessness: She loves chasing cats. Basil is a little more shy, but once he knows that he can trust you, he'll let you scratch his plush, Mini Rex head forever.
Lucky and Thumper: Lucky and Thumper are a darling pair of bonded black and white house bunnies looking for a good permanent home with their very own human(s) to love and cuddle. Approx. 8 years old, Lucky is black-and-white neutered male with a sweet, cuddly disposition. Thumper is a 7-year old black-and-white spayed female with a sassy, playful nature.
Little White Bunny and Notre Dame: This shy, adorable little Hotot boy and his protective "mother bunny" must be adopted together. Actually, LWB is not really his mother, but she took ND under her wing anyway. ND is from a large group of rabbits abandoned in a park, so he's lucky to be alive. Naturally, he's terrified much of the time, and having LWB there to protect him has made all the difference in the world. They sleep curled around each other and are simply inseparable; you won't find a better example of true bunny love. LWB trusts people, too, and helps reassure ND that we aren't all here to hurt him. She has been waiting for a forever home a long time, but because her nose has been munched by other rabbits and she's a white/pink bunny, nobody wants her. Please consider adopting this pair of special bunnies and give them the loving, safe home they deserve.
Honey and Candy: A spunky, 2-month-old gray girl, Honey likes to jump around the room and loves to have people pet her, Although a shy bun. 2-month-old Candy likes being held and is looking for a friendly forever home where she can blossom They're roommates and would like to be together.
Blackberry and Liberace: These baby bunnies were rescued from Garden Grove. The shy little boys aren't likely from the same family but they fell in love and would like to be adopted together. Liberace takes care of Blackberry and protects him from anything that scares him. They could really use some socialization so that they can learn that humans aren't so bad, after all.
Butterfly and Pucci:
Pucci, the cute little grey guy with the white nose tip, is a real problem-solver and very agile. He does a high-jump/pole-vault type maneuver--like a vertical takeoff jet (or a very clever bunny on a pogo stick in an extremely low-ceiling house) to get out of his foster home ex pen! What a smart boy. His girlfriend, Butterfly, loves to be petted. Her one-ear-up/one ear-down is so cute we don't see how anyone could possibly resist her--reminds us so much of the Aussie hats!
Licorice and Sunset: This is a pair of Silver Martens who were two of 500+ rescued from Garden Grove. They are still very much in need of socialization so that they can learn to trust humans again. Sunset and Licorice need of a foster or forever home. If you have a safe, quiet, loving home where this frightened couple can take their time coming around, please let us know.
Fuzzy Navel and Pizza Girl: These are two baby bunnies who were rescued from Garden Grove. They are an inseparable pair, almost always together, whether they're lounging, investigating, or checking out Supergirl, the hamster, in her hamster ball. Fuzzy likes sitting in his foster mom's lap better than Pizza Girl, who still is learning to trust.
Alexis and Alex are a couple of mature Lop rabbits. Alexis is the white woman with the dust ruffle along her back and Alex her black husbun. Although they are about eight years of age, they're in great shape and show no signs of growing old. They love to scamper about and explore! They are well-mannered and terrific house rabbits.
Miffy and Lucille: This pretty pair of small rabbit sisters would like a home together. They are about two years old. Miffy, the brown agouti, has a more outgoing personality; her sister Lucille needs more reassurance and gentle petting before she trusts you. Please let us know right away if you are interested in these girls.
They have been spayed for over a year. |

Julio and Sooty Foot: Recently married rabbits that already love each other very much. Julio's the flopped Himalayan cross with the silver nose, Sooty the silver bunny with the white nose. Sooty runs the household, Julio does her bidding. They complement each other perfectly!
Beautiful Black Bunnies: We have several beautiful, black bunnies available for adoption. Help the bunnies, give them a home!

"Director's Choice" Rabbits: There are 6 boys and 4 girls still available for adoption. 15 New Zealand rabbits were turned into a local shelter right before Christmas. These rabbits were used for a commercial shoot. The director took them home and then had his housekeeper drop them off at the shelter.
Molly and Pip are an adorable pair of small rabbits. Molly weighs about 4.5 lbs and Pip weighs less than 3! She loves to be petted and turns her head to your touch. Pip is an adorable, feisty, little boy with a serious Napoleon complex. They are both excellent house rabbits with good litterbox habits. Molly and Pip must be adopted together.

Marshmallow and Pixie are a pair of white cuddle-bunnies, very sweet and lovable. They are great with their litterbox but one of them likes to chew so you have to really bunny-proof. Absolutely must be adopted together--they kiss each other and snuggle all day long. Contact Michelle at 310-713-2478 for more info about these wonderful rabbits.

Stewie and Sophie: They are both around 3 years old and are very attached to one another. Stewie, a Holland Lop or Dwarf Lop cross, is small for a Lop, about 3.5 lbs. Cute as a button and somewhat bossy toward his wife. He's very comfortable around people and doesn't mind being held and cuddled. Sophie's a Chinchilla-something-distant-Lop cross. She is a little more shy with humans, but is very smart, inquisitive, and loves throwing toys around. You can see an aerodynamic quality to her pretty ears, and her big dark eyes get even bigger when she meets someone new. So pretty, so in love. They are litter box trained, spayed/neutered and are wonderful companions! They have to be adopted together, of course; rabbits bond for life.

Amby and Honey: Amby is a friendly bunny who sits up to greet you and crosses his front paws--how charming! He adores his girl rabbit Honey and must be adopted together with her. Every day, Amby tells her she's his Honey Bunny and that she's the most beautiful Lop rabbit in the world. Honey does look especially cute when she's sleeping and her ears drape over Amby in a loving and protective way. Both cuddly bunnies, both looking for a permanent home with responsible humans.

Five Sisters: These pretty girls dance and play and will climb all over you if you give them a chance! Just 4 months old and recently spayed as of February 29, they are already litter-box-trained and ready to go home either together or separately as a friend for your gentle boy rabbit.

Coco and Yogi: Coco is an adult male English Spot cross, and Yogi is an adolescent male Mini-Lop. Both have sweet temperments. Coco is very playful and receptive to petting. Yogi is very calm when he is being petted and held, though not keen on being picked up. Both are neutered and have great litterbox habits.

Jean-Claude and Giselle: This confident, friendly rabbit and his timid-yet-sweet wife make the perfect smudgy-nosed couple. Both came from other relationships that didn't work out, so they were nervous at first, but as it turns out, they are a match made in heaven! These two bookend bunnies are both young adults, about 1-2 years of age in summer 2008, and 5-6 lbs. Their cuteness comes from having some Himalayan ancestors, which explains the partial nose smudges and the darker fur on their tails and ears, and being something else, which explains the wide noses and broken markings. Already neutered and house-trained, of course.
Emily and Larissa: What lovely girl rabbits! Emily's the Dwarf Hotot, Larissa the Mini Lop. Larissa loves people and gives bunny kisses and protects her girlfriend Emily. They have to be adopted together because they love each other very much and they couldn't stand being separated. You can adopt them for your single bachelor rabbit, too: they are easy-going and could be a part of a trio.

Maple and Syrup: Beautiful pair of medium-sized, adult Lop cross sisters who love each other and must be adopted together. They are used to lots of freedom because they're such good house bunnies. Maple is the chinchilla-grey Lop cross, Syrup her grey-and-white sister.
Harmony and Nutbrown are two special bunnies: they are both "legally blind." Nutbrown has cataracts from when he was a baby and Harmony had her eye removed. They are e-c bunnies, which means they were exposed to e-cuniculi, a protozoan parasite. It could cause trouble again but in the past two years, both rabbits have been happy and healthy house buns in their foster home. These two are wonderful rabbits in the home and low-maintenance compared to some bunnies. They are on carpeting in their foster home and rarely dig (just once in awhile in the corners) or chew, and they are very good with their box.
On the shy side, they nevertheless learn to love people in time, and come running up for hay or greens. Nutbrown will nose-bonk you if you are in "his" territory, then speed off; Harmony prefers to stay in the background.

Roxy and Simon: Roxy is a caramel-colored dwarf cross. Simon is a black dwarf/minilop cross. Little Simon likes to swivel his big ears all around to follow your every move. His girl-bun Roxy is a bit nervous around people, but she's too curious to stay away for long. Adorable and active buns, Simon and Roxy would love a home of their own to explore.

Peri and Winkle: These three-year old brothers want a home together. They were adopted but they have to come back because their human has health issues and cannot take care of them much longer. Please adopt these handsome Himalayan cross boys. They are perfect house bunnies, loving toward people and inseparable.

Pokey and Peanut: This loving couple must be adopted together. They are super house rabbits and used to having a room to themselves; their human is giving them up only because of severe allergies. The Lop is a girl, the handsome dark agouti, her husbun.

Robert and Audrey are two handsome spotted rabbits; Robert is a Lop and Audrey an up-eared girl. They were neutered a long time ago and we know that they are wonderful house rabbits and use their litterbox religiously. They are still a bit shy, but will come around with some TLC.

George and Georgina: This beautiful white and tinted couple have worked out an interesting relationship. George used to be the "tough guy" on the block and the girl rabbits were all afraid of him. But Georgina knows how to handle him: when he's grumpy, she ignores him! She knows how to work her womanly wiles and when she wants kisses she tips her face up at him and looks pretty. They never fight and they love each other a lot already even though they were recently bonded. What a lovely rabbit pair! Adopt them, make them even more happy.

Dalmi: This teenage boy has an affectionate and a nippy side. He needs to be neutered and then he'll be a terrific dancer in your living room, just make sure you bunny-proof! Once he gets older he'll calm down and be a good little bunny boy. DALMI AND BISCUIT ARE BONDED AND WOULD LIKE TO GO TO A HOME TOGETHER.

Biscuit: Lovely, black & white Spot cross bun. From a distance, Biscuit looks like a Mini Rex but she isn't: her hair is just very short and she has the spots so often seen on the Rex bunnies. She's a small rabbit and probably done growing: her former owner said she was about a year old. Biscuit just loves people. Beautiful, spayed, litterbox-trained rabbit. Approx. 4.5 lbs.
